Overflow Coffee in Build-out Mode at 1449 S. Michigan

Congrats to the peeps at Overflow Coffee on their build-out at the long vacant 1449 S. Michigan building:  Non-corporate coffee shops have always been a desired business in the neighborhood.  Happy to hear that Overflow is keeping their dream alive!
