We're not very familiar with USA Vein Clinics, but according to their website this is one of three locations in the Chicagoland area. The company also has a larger national presence.
For those who have been around awhile, this building (on the south side of congress between Dearborn and Plymouth ct) was an old Taco Bell. It's unclear if the Vein Clinic is taking over the entire building or just a portion of it.
