Sharks Fish & Chicken Coming to Rebuilt Retail at Cermak and State

It's been over three years since a fire torched the retail complex at State and Cermak.  The rebuild has been slow, but recently we snapped a picture of what appears to be the first new tenant in the complex:

We're not familiar with Sharks, but curious to hear some POVs.
