Progress at the Southeast Corner of 14th and Michigan

A reader writes:

Left = Firehouse
Right = postal union building demolition
Progress in the South Loop continues

The picture above speaks loudly for south Michigan.  We've spent a decent amount of time covering the (slow) progress at the Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, but the picture above starts to showcase movement at the lot which will become the 15-story mixed use high-rise that will be anchored by Rush Hospital.
