The Sloop is About to Feel the Bern

Yes, we realize this is not Bernie Sanders, but we love Larry David

Presidential politics is about to get local for us in the Sloop.  DNAinfo has the story:

Sen. Bernie Sanders on Wednesday will be the first presidential candidate to open a campaign office in Chicago, and former mayoral contender Jesus "Chuy" Garcia is expected to help him celebrate. 

The office will open at 5 p.m. Wednesday on the second floor of a building at 600 W. Roosevelt Road, the Sanders campaign said. Though Sanders himself won't be there, Garcia will be.

While it seems like a slightly strange spot, it's probably relatively inexpensive.  Maybe they're just trying to open up shop close to Manny's Delicatessen - which has long been the scene for political photo ops.
