Rockin Roll Nails Opening at Michigan and Cullerton?

Another add to the Michigan Ave Spa Corridor?  A reader writes:

On the west side of Michigan ave. and cullerton there is a nail salon that I noticed seemed to just open. It's rockin roll nails or something like that. I'm pretty sure it's a legitimate business. I know we have several TV shows and movies film in the area so it could be a scene location as well.

It's shocking how many of these businesses are opening on Michigan Ave!
