New Build-out on Dearborn in the Old H+ Records Retail Space

A reader writes:

Saw there is a build-out happening at the old Hydrogen Records Space, 750 South Dearborn-ish. Looks like they tore out all the beautiful work the H+ Records guys did. Have you heard anything? Hopefully it's something the neighborhood needs, and not another Electric Smoke Boutique. Fingers crossed for Coffee/Bakery shop.

Does anyone have any knowledge of what's going in here?
