Meli Cafe Opens at 500 S. Dearborn

A reader writes:

Meli Café on Dearborn and Congress will be opening its doors the week of Dec 9, according its Stopped into Meli Café at Congress and Dearborn today to see when they would be opening since the signs are up and the place looks furnished. The man who opened the door for me, name escapes me now, said they hoped to open next Tues or Weds pending final inspection by the City.

It's true!  We went by on Wednesday and saw people inside.

Meli Cafe is a popular spot around the city and is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood.
