I didn't see a category for best high five location. All I know is I voted for the scout wherever possible.

I loved Cuatro also, but they did themselves in by allowing the wrong crowd to party after 10pm.
darn I was really hoping the 28 days streak of some old whiney grandma complaining about the Scout would have stayed alive.

Umm... what exactly does political liberalism have to do with these Time Out awards, some "grandma," or even the Scout?
this list holds no weight for me. thought waffles was terrible. one of the worst breakfast places i've ever been to.
