I've seen him riding around town, mostly in the loop. I saw him get hit by a taxi and he almost smashed into me as he tried to avoid it. Wasn't his fault at all, the taxi driver was being an ass and not paying attention. Surprisingly he never fell off his bike, even after he had been hit.

Very carefully. I actually saw the guy riding this just around the corner from where this picture was taken, he must be a local.
