I believe Wabash - somewhere around 15th. Next to a parking lot. I walk by it all the time, but never pay attention to exactly where. Might be on that building that houses some multi-national thing.
It's at Wabash and 14th on the side of the Columbia building. It is a nice colorful piece of art to have up in the neighborhood (I walk by it every morning) - Keep the "random" pictures coming, it's enjoyable to notice the little things around the Sloop.
