Marshalls Opens Today
We were recently at South Gate Market and spoke to some men working at the finished Marshalls and according to them, the new store is opening up today.

What recession? This place was absolutely mobbed today. What a great addition to the neighborhood.

I have always wondered what it would what kind of direct success and neighborhood impact would have been if the Roosevelt Collection & these stores would have made if developed on South Mich Ave, Wabash, South State, or Motor Row areas; maybe not all but some of it.
Could not believe how rude some of the shoppers were... including the piece of trash that tried to cut me in line. Who even does that anymore? I live 5 blocks away from south gate, but I won't be taking my business there. Would rather drive to the north side locations.
