One more observation about this. That picture of the filet might be one of the most appetizing shots I've ever seen. Do I think I can get a perfectly cooked steak like that at Weather Mark Tavern? Doubtful. Regardless, it's making me hungry.

I thought the same thing... that steak was not from Weather Mark!
The steak at the Weathermark is truly not too bad, and the potato rollup with it is yummy. Also they will do a very good fish (salmon) if you tell them not to overcook it. Very friendly bar.
