Can't wait! Just heard about this place recently. Should be a nice addition to the neighborhood. Lou's and Pauly's are great, but they're nothing special.
I think the outdoor beer garden on the lot just north of Flo & Santos was just speculation in previous comment threads.
However, we just sent an email to Zapatista to see if they have any comments about this or outdoor space for the new spot. We will let you know if we hear anything.
As of this afternoon you could see through the window at Flo & Santo's. Looks nice on the inside. A bar spans the left side of the place with 4 flat screens behind the bar. Big comfy-looking booths are along the right side of the space. A place to eat on stools along the window and the kitchen situated in the back. Looking forward to tipping a few at this place!

Let's hope utopia/exposure/now open shuts down soon and another viable option (ANYTHING) goes in its place to make this stretch a dining destination.
Any word on any potential outdoor patio in the massive empty lot to the north of this space?
Hopefully a great location for the areas first beer garden.

Regardless, we're excited to see this open.
