A reader recently mentioned that they saw some activity within the two story building next to Grace O'Malley's (1420 S. Michigan) and they were definitely right. There was some speculation that a bar was going to open up there, but it looks like a printing company, Britten, is set to open up their first showroom.Although a bar, restaurant or retail store would have been nice, to be honest it's just nice to have one of the numerous vacant retail spaces on the street filled. It looks like they will be opening up shop within a couple of weeks. Welcome to the neighborhood!
