What's the difference between the Regular #3 and #X3 bus? According to this (http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/redeye/2009/11/cta-express-buses-arent-that-much-faster.html), it's only a 6 minutes difference. I always took the #3 or #4 bus because I thought X3 would pass certain stops, but whenever I waited on the a #3 stop (mostly north of Roosevelt), X3 seems to always be stopping there as well. It didn't seem like an "express", like a Metra Express train where it passes many stops.

Stay upset about this people . . . and vote the bums out when the opportunity arises.
Had the city put half of it's olympic bid efforts into real solutions for basic infrastructure needs, we'd be much better off.
