Wabash Avenue Construction Almost Done and it Looks Good
Last we read (back in March), the construction on Wabash Avenue (from Harrison to Roosevelt) was slated to be complete in the fall of 2009. So it's fall and it looks like the city did a solid job.
Although, it doesn't look like all the construction is completely done you can get a sense of the improvements. The main thing we noticed was that the sidewalks look wider. They also have added trees and fencing.
