I live here. Trust me, you can hear the trains. All night. Especially when the windows are open. That said, it's not super jarring or even distracting. But to say there is no noise level from the trains is not true. The only really bad thing about this building is the DirectTV monopoly.

How much do they want for this schlock?
It looks like 1br/1bth are listed at $300K, 2br/2bth are listed at $345-445K, and 3br/2bth are listed at $450K and up.
Again, these are listed and we imagine that they're up for negotiation given the current economy.
We used urbanrealestate.com to get these numbers.
